1. Who we are

BlazeFit is a gym management product of Yunitelabs. The platform is multi-tenant: each gym (tenant) that subscribes to BlazeFit controls the data of its own members and staff. For that gym data, the gym acts as the data controller and Yunitelabs acts as the data processor operating the platform.

2. Data we collect

To run gym operations, BlazeFit processes member and staff information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, attendance records, membership and plan details, payment history, workout and diet plans, progress photos, trainer notes, emergency contacts and device tokens for app notifications.

Payments are processed by regulated payment providers including Cashfree. BlazeFit does not store full card numbers; we retain transaction references, amounts and status so gyms can reconcile fees and issue receipts.

3. How data is used

Data is used to provide the service: fee collection and reminders, class scheduling, attendance, workout and diet delivery, progress tracking, customer support and platform security. Gyms choose which automated messages (WhatsApp, SMS, email) their members receive. BlazeFit does not sell member data to third parties.

4. Sharing and sub-processors

Data is shared only with sub-processors needed to run the service: payment providers (including Cashfree), messaging providers (WhatsApp, SMS, email), cloud hosting and crash diagnostics. Each sub-processor is bound by contractual data protection terms. Data may be processed in the region where the gym operates or in the regions where our infrastructure runs.

5. Your rights and contact

Members can request access, correction or deletion of their data through their gym, which controls the member relationship. Gyms can export or delete their tenant data at any time from the platform or by contacting us. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact page, and account deletion follows the data deletion policy published alongside this one.
