BlazeFit is a multi-tenant gym management SaaS. We process personal data on behalf of gym operators (tenants) who use the platform to manage members, staff, attendance, payments, classes, and related fitness operations.
Depending on how a gym uses BlazeFit, data may include names, contact details, membership status, attendance logs, payment metadata, workout/nutrition assignments, and device tokens for notifications. Payment card data is handled by Razorpay; we store gateway references, not full card numbers.
Data is used to provide the gym software, authenticate users, process memberships and payments, deliver reports, and improve product reliability and security.
We do not sell personal data. Sub-processors (hosting, email, payment gateways) may process data under contract. Tenant gyms remain controllers of their member data.
For access, correction, or deletion of gym member data, contact your gym administrator first. Platform-level requests can be sent via the Contact page.
