Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026. These terms govern the use of the BlazeFit platform operated by Yunitelabs.
1. The service
BlazeFit is gym management software provided by Yunitelabs as a multi-tenant platform: an owner web dashboard, trainer and member mobile apps, fee automation, messaging and reporting. Each gym subscribes as a tenant and controls its own configuration, staff access and member data.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
Gyms are responsible for the accuracy of the data they import or enter, for keeping staff credentials confidential, and for using messaging features (WhatsApp, SMS, email) in line with local law and member consent. Yunitelabs may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, send unsolicited messages at scale, or attempt to breach tenant isolation.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in local currency through our payment providers, including Cashfree, Stripe, GoCardless and regional wallets. Add-ons such as multi-branch or SSO are charged on the same billing cycle. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; GST and VAT ready invoices are available in the platform.
4. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability and provide offline-first mobile apps so coaching workflows continue during short network interruptions. Features may evolve as the platform improves; material changes to these terms will be notified to subscribing gyms before they take effect.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yunitelabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of BlazeFit. Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the gym in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
