How does QR check-in work?

Members scan a QR code at the entrance from their app. The desk screen shows the check-in instantly with the member's photo, plan status and any dues. Expired or paused memberships are flagged before the member walks in, not at the moment of the next fee chase.

Do members need the app to check in?

The app with a QR code is the fastest path, but the desk can also check members in manually by name or phone number. Both routes update attendance instantly.

Can the front desk issue fee receipts?

Yes. Receipts generate automatically on payment and can be resent to WhatsApp, SMS or printed in English or Hindi. GST and VAT ready invoices are available where required.

What happens when a member has an expired plan?

The desk sees the expired or expiring status at check-in, with the due amount and the renewal link, so the conversation happens at the right moment instead of during a busy rush.
