Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing BlazeFit (website, admin, member/trainer portals, or mobile APIs) you agree to these Terms. If you use BlazeFit on behalf of a gym, you represent that you can bind that organization.

2. Service

BlazeFit provides multi-tenant gym management software including members, attendance, payments, classes, workouts, nutrition, and related tools. Features depend on your plan and enabled add-ons.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. SuperAdmin and gym admins must keep staff access limited to authorized personnel.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants, or store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments

Subscription and add-on fees are billed as agreed at signup or purchase. Member membership payments processed via Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's terms and your gym's policies.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeFit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
