How does BlazeFit collect gym fees?
BlazeFit collects fees automatically on local payment rails: UPI and Razorpay in India, GoCardless direct debit in the UK, PayTo in Australia, Stripe or PAD in Canada, Telr and Tabby in the UAE, PayNow in Singapore. Members pay on the schedule you set; the platform sends the reminder, takes the payment and issues the receipt.
Reminders go out on WhatsApp and SMS in the member's own language, with Hindi and English receipts in India and Arabic and English receipts in the UAE. Invoices are GST and VAT ready where required. Owners see collected versus overdue in one view instead of reconciling three spreadsheets at month end.

How does BlazeFit reduce member churn?
The platform watches attendance and payment signals for every member and flags the ones going quiet before they cancel. Owners get a churn-risk list with the reason: no visit in 14 days, failed payment, plan expiring. Win-back campaigns, birthday nudges and renewal reminders run automatically on WhatsApp and SMS.
Gyms using the retention engine report an average 32% improvement in member retention within two quarters. The math is simple: keeping a member costs a fraction of acquiring a new one, and the automation runs whether or not anyone remembers to follow up.

What does the owner command deck show?
One screen answers the questions owners ask every morning: how much fee money arrived today, how many check-ins happened, which members are at churn risk, what renewals are due this week and what the month-to-date revenue looks like in local currency.
Multi-branch gyms see every branch side by side, with a per-branch drill-down. Staff activity, trainer payouts and class attendance roll up to the same deck, so nothing important lives only in someone's notebook.
- Live collection: paid, partial and overdue in one row per member
- Attendance feed with QR check-in counts per class
- Churn-risk queue with the reason and the recommended nudge
- Renewal calendar and birthday or milestone reminders
- Trainer payouts and commissions calculated automatically
How long does it take to switch to BlazeFit?
Most gyms go live in one day. Import members from a CSV or spreadsheet, map plans and due amounts, and the platform starts tracking fees from day one. Historical dues come along as opening balances, so no one starts with a blank page.
Yunitelabs runs the migration with you: data import, plan setup, reminder templates in your members' language, and staff training for the front desk. Existing policy pages and receipts keep their history; nothing is invented during migration.
